HGA Architects and Engineers have signed a new lease for 80,000 square feet of office space in the former Ford manufacturing facility.

Brentwood based logistics company OHL are expanding their offices in Nashville.
The expansion will create around 200 jobs within the next three years and will expand the Brentwood office space from 58,000 to 100,000 square feet. (more…)

Codina Partners and institutional investors J.P. Morgan Asset Management have secured $19.9 million to finance the construction of Class A office space in Downtown Doral.
The office is to span 150,000 square foot and is so far only 29 percent leased.

It is highly likely that the latest addition to New Grandview Triangle will be a 21,000 square foot medical office building.
The development is expected to be finished by the end of the year and will be constructed and owned by The Des Moines company.
The triangle currently consists of the CenterPoint-KCS Intermodal Center and a multimillion National Nuclear Security Administration plant. (more…)
